Cancellation Policy
If you want to cancel an order, please contact Morivantel as soon as possible at:
Please include your order number and clearly state that you want to cancel the order.
We will make reasonable efforts to process cancellation requests received before the order has been dispatched.
Once an order has already been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel the shipment. In that situation, you may still have applicable statutory withdrawal or return rights.
REFUND AFTER CANCELLATION
If your cancellation is accepted before dispatch and payment has already been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on the payment provider or bank.
STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer and your purchase is subject to a statutory right of withdrawal under German or European Union law, you may exercise that right in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
The statutory withdrawal period and conditions apply independently of our voluntary cancellation process.

If an order has already been dispatched, please do not assume that contacting us automatically cancels the order.
