Morivantel currently dispatches orders from fulfillment locations in the Netherlands, Germany, or France.

We currently offer two delivery options.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

Cost: Free

Estimated delivery time: 4 to 5 business days.

INSURED EXPRESS SHIPPING

Cost: €4.95

Estimated delivery time: 2 to 3 business days.

DELIVERY TIMES

The delivery times stated above are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed deadlines.

Delivery may take longer because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, public holidays, operational disruptions, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are prepared for dispatch after successful order confirmation and payment.

The delivery period begins once the order has been handed over to the applicable shipping carrier.

Where tracking is available for your selected delivery method, tracking information may be provided after your order has been dispatched.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please make sure that your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

Morivantel is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer, subject to applicable consumer rights.

DAMAGED DELIVERIES

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us at info@morivantel.com as soon as possible and provide your order information together with photographs of the damaged package and product where appropriate.

We will review the matter and work toward an appropriate solution.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us at info@morivantel.com with your order number.

We will review the shipment information and, where appropriate, work with the relevant delivery provider to investigate the shipment.
